Along with a full-time LPN as our Medical
Director and Director of Resident Care, we
employ CNAs & NAs. We favor a team
approach to problem-solving that enhances our
quality of care, as well as encourage ongoing
training concepts and techniques. Continued
education and training plays a key role in
allowing us to reach our goals and provide
individual care while allowing the residents to
keep their dignity intact.
